Thanks for your interest in volunteering with TAPAS!
Volunteers are needed Friday, June 8 for set up, as well as on Saturday, June 9.
As a volunteer you will receive free admission to the Grand Wine Tasting on Saturday, June 9, 2012. The event runs from 1 to 5 pm, and will be held in the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason, San Francisco.
Volunteer tasks include checking in attendees, wineries, and food vendors; monitoring entrances; coat check; setup, teardown and cleanup; emptying spit buckets and refilling water pitchers; assisting with the auction; and running errands for wineries and food vendors. Shifts are approximately 3 1/2 hours, and will be scheduled to allow you time to enjoy the tasting.
By registering to volunteer you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older, agreeing to use good judgment while performing your volunteer activities, and agreeing to hold TAPAS harmless for any injury you may incur.
Please fill in the following form to register as a volunteer. When registering, please rank the shifts from 1 - 4 in order of your preference, with 1 being most preferred. Shift times are approximate. You will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator regarding your shift and responsibilities.
Volunteer registration closes Wednesday, June 6, 2012.
Note: Each volunteer must register with his or her own email address. Two or more volunteers at the same email address will not be handled correctly by our system. Thank you!
