amigo membership application
To apply for TAPAS membership as an Amigo:
- Fill out and submit the following form
- Pay your first annual dues of $100, either online, or by sending a check (payable to TAPAS) to
Les Martin, TAPAS Treasurer

Note: Due to the twists and turns of California non-profit corporate law, all applications must be approved by a vote of the TAPAS Board of Directors at their monthly meeting. You will receive an automatic email when your application is received, and following the next Board meeting, we will let you know whether your application is approved.
Important: When filling out the form, if applying as a business or organization (i.e. not as an individual), please list the name of the person who will be the official voting representative to TAPAS for your organization.
